Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp curry powder
  • 4 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Whisk juice & curry powder together in a large bowl.
  2. Add cashews & toss well to coat.
  3. Spread on 2 parchment lined rimmed baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 250F for about 45 minutes, stir every 15 minutes.
  5. Nuts should be dry.
  6. Cool & store in airtight containe.
