  1. In med saucepan with tight fitting lid,bring 11.2 cups salted water and cumin to a boil. Add rice;cover and reuce to simmer. Cook 15 mins;remove from heat,and add beans. Cover and let stand 1 min.. Fluff rice with a fork.
