Cucumber Sour Cream Congealed Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer.
  2. Add salt, lemon juice and cucumber. Place in a 9 x 9 pyrex dish and chill until firm.
