Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Salsa.
  2. 3 Large Tomatoes.
  3. 1 jalapeno pepper.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 1 medium red onion.
  6. 2 Tbs lemon juice.
  7. Dice tomatoes, onion and jalapeno. Mix together and add lemon juice. Keep refrigerated.
  8. Guacamole
  9. 3 Avocados.
  10. 2 Tbs sour cream.
  11. Salt & pepper to taste.
  12. 2 Tbs lemon juice.
  13. 3 Tbs Salsa.
  14. Mash all avocados, mix in sour cream, lemon juice and salsa. Keep refrigerated, Stir before serving.
