Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package lemon jell-o gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 tsp onion juice
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced

Directions:

  1. Dissolve Jell0 in hot water.
  2. Let set until slightly thickened, then beat until thick and foamy.
  3. Add pineapple, vinegar, salt, onion, salad dressing and cucumber.
  4. Chill until set.
