Ingredients:

  • 2 medium
  • 1 medium
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 4

Directions:

  1. Place cucumbers and onions in a bowl of salted ice water and refrigerator for several hours or until crisp.
  2. Combine sour cream, salad dressing, vinegar, dry mustard, and garlic powder, mix well, and chill
  3. Drain cucumbers and onions, add green onions, toss to combine, and mix in dressing
  4. Garnish with remaining green onion and paprika
