Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cucumbers
  • 2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Score and slice cucumbers
  2. Slice onion thinly
  3. Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar, add pepper
  4. Combine cucumbers, onion, and vinegar mix
  5. Marinate at least an hour before serving
