Cucumber and Ginger Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz ginger liqueur
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup
  • 4 oz club soda

Directions:

  1. Muddle cucumber with lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add gin, ginger liqueur and agave syrup.
  3. Fill 2/3 full with cubed ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain contents to a tall glass.
  6. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  7. Add ice as needed.
  8. Garnish and serve.
