  1. Peel and slice the cucumber paper-thin.
  2. Season with salt, chili pepper and lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle with onion and red pepper slices. arrange lettuce on 6 serving plates.
  4. Pile cucumber mixture in center of each plate.
  5. Add avocado slices and parsley. 6 servings.
