Crusted Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz broccoli
  • 1/8 tsp parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli in to bite size pieces
  2. Heat skillet
  3. Add broccoli with a little water and cover
  4. Steam until bright green
  5. Drain any excess water
  6. Drizzle olive oil
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs [italian seasoned]
  8. Let crust on one side
  9. Add salt and pepper
  10. Turn and crust lightly on other side
  11. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  12. Serve after cheese slightly browns
