Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine turkey, mushrooms, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and poultry seasoning.
  2. Put into a large casserole dish greased with butter.
  3. Blend together mushroom soup and milk and pour over the turkey mixture.
  4. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top.
  5. Bake in slow (325°F) oven for 30 minutes.
