Directions:

  1. After preparing all vegetables, place in large bowl.
  2. Dressing- Blend the yoghurt, vinegar and salt and pepper in blender.
  3. Stir in cheese.
  4. Pour over vegetables and toss well.
  5. Marinate 1 hour before serving.
