Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Shake or whisk oil and milk together. Separately mix dry ingredients and thenk combine with liquid. Mix with fork until crumbly/dough-like and then press into 2 small pie plates (split ingredients in half for 1 pie crust). This can be kneaded and rolled if desired.
  2. Either brown in the oven before adding ingredients or add filling and then bake.
  3. This is similar to a recipe posted by Lali (My Own Pie Crust), but it has equal parts sugar and salt. The salt and sugar can vary to the taste of each person.
