Crockpot Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15-oz) solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 can (12-oz) evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • whipped topping (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix together the first eight ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a crock-pot coated with a non stick cooking spray.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours.
  4. Serve in bowls with a whipped topping if desired.
