Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray inside of 3 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until liquid is absorbed and mixture is thickened.
  2. Stir.
  3. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and sprinkle over pudding.
  4. Serve warm.
