Ingredients:

  2. Brown in oil.
  3. Drain.
  4. Transfer to slow cooker.
  5. In separate bowl, whisk together mushroom soup, onion, and evaporated.
  6. Milk until smooth.
  7. Pour over chops.
  8. Cook on High 3 to 4 hours, or Low 6 to 8 hours.
  9. Variations:.
  10. To increase flavor, stir 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream, or 1/4 cup sherry, into.
