Crock Pot Ham And Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Wash potatoes and slice. (I leave the skins on)
  2. Cut ham into chunks.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Pour into crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until bubbling and potatoes are soft.
  5. * Have used sliced smoked sausage or kielbasa instead of ham and it tastes wonderful. :)
