Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs and combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
  2. Pour in crock pot.
  3. Place on low and go to bed.
  4. Pour remaining cheese over egg bake in the morning and enjoy!
  5. Good served with salsa.
