Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add beef and vegetables to crockpot.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients (except cornstarch) in a bowl and pour over beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. When you hit the 6-hour mark, mix the cornstarch with about 1 tbsp of water, then add this mixture to the crock pot.
  5. Leave the lid off, turn the crock pot to high, and let it cook for another 10 minutes or so, until the sauce starts to thicken a bit.
  6. Serve with some crusty bread and enjoy!
