Ingredients:

  • 2 cups barley
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 10 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups chopped dried fruit (whatever you feel like, some ideas are apples, apricots , prunes)
  • 1/3-2/3 cup honey , depending on the sweetness desired

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Turn crock pot to low and cook overnight.
