Ingredients:

  • 1.5 (15 oz) cans garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup chives
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Puree the beans with the paprika,they don't have to be completely smooth;in fact a little texture is a good thing.
  2. In a bowl mix the bean with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve with toasted pita wedges.
