  1. Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and red pepper sauce in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the scallions and pulse twice. Chill for at least an hour to let flavors blend and serve at room temperature. Enjoy with breadsticks/bread, crudites, crackers, etc...
