Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, melt butter with oil, saute mushrooms until tender.
  2. Add green onions and ham, saute for 2 more minutes.
  3. Stir in flour, gradually add broth and milk.
  4. Add cheese,stirring until smooth and thickened.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Combine with spaghetti and pour into a lightly buttered deep dish pie plate or casserole.
  7. Top with buttered bread crumbs, if desired.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 325*.
