  3. ADD TO CHOPPED POTATOES
  4. ADD BUTTER
  5. FILL MILK IN YOUR SOUP POT UNTILL COVERED AND BRING TO A BOIL
  6. LET SIMMER ON LOW UNTIL POTATOES ARE DONE
  7. SERVE IN A BOWL AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE
  8. I ALWAYS NEED A DIPPER SO ANY BREAD OR BISCUITS ON THE SIDE FINISHES THIS MEAL OFF.
