  1. Place potatoes in a greased 4.5 to 6 quart crockpot. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Add the onion, salt, sour cream, soup and cheese. mix. Pour stuffing mix over potatoes and drizzle remaining melted butter over all. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high 3-4 hours.
