Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small HEAVY saucepan,melt butter with brown sugar and corn syrup over moderate heat.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour into a 13 by 9 inch BAKING dish.
  4. Cut 6 1 inch thick slices from the center portion of bread,trim crusts
  5. (reserve other ends for other use)
  6. Arrange bread slices in one layer in baking dish,squeezing them slightly to fit.
  7. Whisk together eggs in bowl.
  8. Add in vanilla,half and half,Grand Marnier,and salt untill well combined.
  9. Pour evenly over bread.
  10. CHILL bread mixture,COVERED, at least 8 hours or up to one day.
  11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees,and bring bread to room temperature.
  12. BAKE bread mixture,uncovered,in middle of oven,until puffed,and edges are pale golden,35-40 minutes.
  13. Serve hot French Toast IMMEDIATELY.
  14. This is SO yummy!!!!!!
