Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2-1 cup pearl onions

Directions:

  1. 1. Boil and drain peas. Melt butter, add flour.
  2. 2. Stir over heat until bubbly, then add onions, cream and sugar.
  3. 3. Simmer until thick and onions are translucent.
