Cream Cheese Pear Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup. dried pears , cut into pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Beat together eggs, sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla
  4. Mix four, baking soda and salt in separate bowl
  5. Mix in dried pears
  6. Pour into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3
  7. Bake for 25- 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean
  8. Makes 12 muffins
