Ingredients:

  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp water or milk

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese on high speed
  2. Add the rest, until smooth and shiny (Be careful while adding the powdered sugar, unless you want to wear it. Putting a towel over your mixer will help keep the dust in the bowl).
  3. This is easier to work with when it is a little chilled
  4. If it's too warm, it will run down the sides of the cake
  5. Refigerate if not serving immediately
