Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp tarragon/champagne/white whine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper (of choice)

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients; add more cranberries, nuts, tarragon to taste; add more tarragon if using dried herbs instead of fresh; chill and serve;
