Cranberry Swirl Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Grease pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg whites and Beat. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Add sauce and swirl.
  3. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake 21-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
