Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup white flour
  • 2/3 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Mix cranberries, egg, ricotta, nuts and flavoring.
  2. Mix dry ingerdients together - cut in butter.
  3. Add wet to dry - flatten out to circle - cut into 6 triangles.
  4. Bake 350 for 15 minutes.
