Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cranberries
1 egg
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup white flour
2/3 cup oat bran
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon stevia
3/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon orange flavoring
Directions:
1. mix cranberries, egg, ricotta, nuts and flavoring.
2. Mix dry ingerdients together - cut in butter.
3. Add wet to dry - flatten out to circle - cut into 6 triangles.
4. bake 350 for 15 minutes.
