Cranberry Salad Best ever for Thanksgiving Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 navel orange (peel still intact)
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 2 (3 oz) packages cherry gelatin

Directions:

  1. Using a food processor, grind cranberries, orange and peel of orange, and walnuts till coarse.
  2. In large mixing bowl mix together cranberries, walnuts, orange and pineapple.
  3. Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  4. Two hours before mix is chilled make cherry Jell-O according to package directions.
  5. Fold Jell-O into the cranberry mixture.
  6. Chill till dinner is ready or best chilled overnight.
