Cranberry Pear Crisp Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook cranberries in 1/3 cup water for 15 minutes, or until skins pop.
  2. Add the 1 cup sugar; cook until sugar dissolves.
  3. Combine pears, cranberry mixture, and orange peel.
  4. Fill pastry shell with mixture.
  5. Combine flour, the 1/3 cup sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  7. Sprinkle over the top of the pie, covering edge with foil.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool.
