Cm's Cranberry Lemon Iced Drops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside.
  2. Cream butter, sugars and zest until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in pecans and cranberries.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
  8. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
  9. Whisk together ingredients for lemon icing.
  10. When cool, drizzle with lemon icing.
