Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix crumbs, pecans and melted butter and spread into bottom and sides of 13x9 pan.
  2. In food processor fitted with metal blade, chop cranberries and sugar until berries are coarsely chopped. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add egg whites, orange juice and vanilla, mix until frothy.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spread mixture into crust and freeze.
