Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. -CRUST-.
  2. Heat oven to 350F degrees.
  3. Mix crumbs, pecans, sugar, cinnamon and marg:press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes.
  5. -FILLING-.
  6. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 c of the sugar at med.
  7. Speed until well blended.
  8. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
  9. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust.
  10. Toss apples with combined 1/3 c sugar and the cinnamon; spoon mixture over cream cheese layer.
  11. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  12. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  13. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  14. Refrigerate.
