Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. This is good with a powder sugar glaze or lightly sifted powder sprinkled on top.
  2. Beat together eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
  4. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
  5. Pour into prepared 9 x 12 cake pan.
  6. Bake 350 degrees 40-45 minutes .
