Cranberry And Orange Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium orange; fresh
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans; chopped , (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash the cranberries and orange.
  2. Cut the orange into pieces and remove seeds; do not peel.
  3. Grind the cranberries, orange and pecans with a meat grinder.
  4. Add the sugar and stir well.
  5. Let stand at least 30 minutes before serving.
