Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine 1st seven ingredients (through cayenne pepper) in a large bowl.
  2. Spread mixture over muffin rounds.
  3. Score each round into quarters with a knife or pizza cutter. Try not to cut all the way through.
  4. Place the rounds on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with Old Bay.
  5. Freeze for several hours, then place into a zip-lock freezer bag. Freeze until needed.
  6. When needed, preheat broiler. Place as many rounds as you need onto a greased foil-lined pan.
  7. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes, watching carefully, until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Place onto serving dish, and separate into quarters.
