Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach in microwave at medium power for 6 minutes then set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
  3. Spoon into a greased shallow 1 quart baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with toasted baguette slices or tortilla chips.
