Ingredients:

  • 6 oz crab
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dry onion (or 1/4 cup onion)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Combine crab and cream cheese.
  2. Add mayonnaise, onion, wine, milk, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, mustard, salt, garlic salt and Worcestershire.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle top generously with slivered almonds.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with crackers.
