Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toast all seeds in a dry frying pan over medium heat on your stovetop for a few minutes. Watch them closely as they may burn.
  2. Let seeds cool before adding to other ingredients. (Toasting the seeds boosts the flavor).
  3. Add ingredients to your breadpan in the order listed-close the lid-select DOUGH cycle and press START.
  4. When cycle is completed, remove dough and shape as you wish (loaf pan, free form, etc)
  5. Cover it looselt with plastic wrap and let it rest another 30-60 minutes (it may rise a little).
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (I use a stone in my oven for making bread).
  7. Slash the top of your loaf with a razor or sharp knife about 1/4 inch deep and place loaf in oven.
  8. Bake about 30 minutes, until bottom of loaf sounds hollow when you tap on the bottom with a wooden spoon. Let loaf cool at least 20 minutes before you slice it. ENJOY!
