Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup bread flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp poppy seed
  • 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp yeast
