Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Cook sausage.
  3. Chop onion, tomato and garlic.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl beat egg's and add a little milk.
  5. Peel and grate potato's into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Combine sausage,tomato,onion,garlic mushroom's,spices and 1/2 the cheese into egg mixture.
  7. Mix well and pour over grated potato's.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or till egg is cooked.
  10. Serve hot.
