Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes.
  2. Rinse well and put into a big pot with plenty of water.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil and let boil until potatoes can be easily mashed with a fork.
  4. Drain and put potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
  5. Put in a big glob of butter and a little milk to begin with.
  6. Take a potato masher or electric mixer and mash mash mash those taters.
  7. Taste and if that's not enough butter add some more.
  8. How much milk depends on what texture you want.
  9. Add salt to taste as well. :o)
