Directions:

  1. Toast the bread and crumble.
  2. Cook the cabbage for 8 minutes in salted water drain.
  3. Preheat oven to 350.
  4. Fry bacon until crisp.
  5. Sautee onion and pepper until soft.
  6. Toss everything together in a casserole dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
