  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Fry onions and peppers in butter. Add soup and stir to mix. Mix remaining ingredients to greased casserole dish. Add the soup mixture. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done.
