Cottage Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (16 oz) container cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Mix all together in bowl and place in baking dish.
  2. Bake at 375 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, making sure that middle is set. (Serve hot, or warm.).
